Does anyone know if weekend tickets are going to be available on the gate this year?,they have been every other year i've been but they seemed 2 sell out extra early this year. To the people arguing about papa roach and RATM GET A LIFE, if u like the music or not that's fine there's no reason 2 bitch about it either way.And to the person who commented on rage's originality etc track 9 on "the presidents of the united states of america" is called "kick out the jams" ring any bells??! i'm a rage fan myself but No band is truly original, they all gain influence and inspiration from other people.

jfro:   suckmybumhair@hotmales.com

'slave to the system'....you twat! to insinuate that people who fail to like the utter mockery of good rock music that is papa roach have something wrong with them is ridiculous! coby dick spouts sooo much cliched bullshit its unbelievable...nothing original, nothing real, nothing meaningful whatsoever! he always says...'im not in this for the money'...bullcrap! why don't papa roach play a few free gigs then..ay? 'slave to the system' you should take yourself down to your nearest record store and get some rage against the machine if you want to know what real conformity and slavery is..they make revolutionary, unique music with a purpose...to increase awareness about injustices in this world....can't say that for coby dick. anyways i hope ive opened your eyes...oh yeah...and if i met you i'd deck you, you complete and utter tit!

The best band in 2001 were indoubtedly the Dropkick Murphys, really there was no contest!

Fredrick:   iamlying@hotmail.com

Reading rocked, for one reason only - PAPA ROACH. They are the shit I waited all day for them and they didnt fail to deliver. Song after song I was blown away they are better live than on CD. If you dont like P-roach then there is something wrong with you, they just go off. Project Infest is now over, it's now time for step 2: 25.6.02 - lovehatetragedy 06.05.02 - She Loves Me Not - first single to be released. Buy it. VIVA LA CUCARACHA. Any other Roach fans here?

leeds 2001 was totally awesome it rocked green day were by far the best act on they kicked ass they are the best band in the world. other gr8 bands were rancid, marilyn manson, staind & feeder but most of the bands on ruled. the low light of the festival was eminem i went to get a burger when he was on. the bands i would luv 2 c at leeds this year are blink 182,green day(again of course they rule)foo fighters, hole, the sex pistols, silver chair & less than jake.

The one useful Reading site I've found! Nice one with the info tho it seems a bit much, will I be able to fit it all in a bag?! Went for the Saturday last year so I'm a bit prepared but not for the harsh bit - camping!! Oh well, if I drink enough I'm sure I won't notice if I'm sleeping under a foot of mud. Line Up doesn't quite match last year but The Second Stage looks top - mmm, The Strokes then King Adora! Big up to the Alresford/PopEx crews... See you there!

If the crew are going this year, make sure to take a big flag, and i'll bring some more stroh 80 (which my mate bought back about 10 bottles from Holland for only £5 a bottle). He's also sure as hell that his tent is in one of your pictures. It's a big green tent, near a big white gazzebo thing in the background of one of them. I agree with all you guys. The site is the dogs bollox! Top job dudes! Is it me being paranoid though, but does the actual line up at the moment look pretty weak so far, compared to last year which seriously rocked?! I know it's early days but.... Maybe it's just me, but I don't really want Eminem (that's Rap not Rock Mean Fiddler! It's Reading Rock Festival!) who's there basically to please the masses! Where's Linkin Park and The Bizkit or Feeder at least!? All I can say is I hope the rumoured bands come true! Hey, I've written loads! Maybe you should start a message board?.... Peace. Ant.
